This book has a good flow of all proceses that drive finance variances and how to configure the material ledger to allocate these variances. Well done!
This book is amazing. I really loved the approach. The author setup basic master data components in initial chapters (Cost Center, Work Center, BOM, Activity type, Planned price for CC and Activity type etc.) and then demonstrate the examples and end to end scenario based on the same components. Most of the SAP Press books are simply copy of help.sap.com (without any examples or scenario) but this book is definitely different.

I bought this on SAP Press website directly. This is a very nicely written book, and in a very easy to understand manner. The way the whole concept is developed from Standard Prices Variances, MAP price variances and the subsequent need to have actual costing is super. ML config, actual costing, reval, advanced concepts etc, is just brilliant. One of the best from SAP Press.
